ASCENT: Leadership in Practice and Impact
What is this course about?
A 2 week intensive leadership development program that moves students from theory to practice through real challenges, real decisions, and real consequences. Across the course, students will progress through foundational leadership training, leadership in practice through expedition-style learning and impact design focused on real-world issues.
Students don’t just learn about leadership — they practice it, reflect on it, and document it. Most leadership programs teach students about leadership. This course puts students in leadership, where decisions matter and responsibility is real.
