Primary Responsibilities
- Conducting swimming classes for children aged between 18 months and up.
- Following our curriculum and guidelines to deliver high-quality swim lessons.
- Ensuring the safety of all participants during swimming sessions.
- Developing and implementing lesson plans that align with our swimming program.
- Motivating and inspiring children to improve their swimming skills and reach their full potential.
- Maintaining accurate attendance records and assisting with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience working with children and a strong understanding of child development.
- Passion for swimming and a comprehensive knowledge of swimming techniques and safety procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Coaching certification is mandatory
- Lifesaving certifications (e.g., CPR, First Aid) are preferred.
