We are seeking part-time basketball coaches, with the potential to transition into full-time roles, who possess a fervent desire to immerse themselves in the coaching profession and exhibit a profound passion for the sport.
Primary Responsibilities
- Candidates for this position should have demonstrable experience working with children aged three and older, along with a comprehensive understanding of basketball fundamentals.
- The ability to conduct structured and engaging basketball sessions that adhere to our curriculum, while incorporating innovative drills and activities into the lessons, is essential.
- A solid understanding of player development as part of a long-term training framework is required.
- We are looking for enthusiastic and dependable coaches with a proven track record and relevant prior experience.
Requirements
- Basketball Coaching License
- Candidates must hold First Aid certifications (can also be trained inhouse) and be prepared to administer First Aid care as necessary, in accordance with their training and the policies of AAS.
